BÁV ART Aukciósház és Galéria

BÁV ART is one of Hungary’s most significant art trade companies and has been a defining presence on the domestic art market for over a century. Its history is marked by numerous iconic moments; to recall just a few from the recent past: it was the first to organize a watch auction in Hungary, it offered for auction a fragment of the Hungarian coronation mantle—which has since become part of the collection of the Hungarian National Museum—and in 2025 it once again broke its own national record for the highest-priced piece of jewelry ever sold at auction in Hungary.

The company’s activities encompass the valuation, sale, and auctioning of paintings, works of art, watches, jewelry, and furniture. With this in mind, they designed their stand at Art and Antique accordingly, where visitors can view a selection of classical furniture, Zsolnay and other outstanding works of art, gold jewelry and branded wristwatches, as well as paintings by renowned masters of Hungarian art.

As part of their extensive jewelry offering, visitors can also take part in a prize draw between 26th of February and 1st of March, with the grand prize being a 14-carat white gold necklace adorned with brilliant-cut diamonds.
